Fylachtos Daoutis

Fylachtos began his career with the International Business and Hospitality Management “Les Roches Global hospitality education” in Switzerland, aiming to realize his dream in the field of hospitality, studying in the department of hospitality management with specialization in business development, from which he graduated in 2018.

During the years of his studies, he excelled in the department, in several projects and events, thus winning various distinctions such as the first place in organizing the Greek presentation compared to presentations on more than 20 different countries.

Influenced by his family business in hospitality departments and especially in hotels, he realized that the proper organization and administration of these can bring the success of a company of unimaginable size.

Specifically, through the experience he gained from working in various big companies such as Hilton and living abroad for many years, he sought to look for the component of success. Understanding that any independent business should initially look for a unique idea. He believes that enterprises can withstand and grow in the future but need a proper structure and continuous research. This is how he will contribute in the Adarch Team, he will analyze a project by initially realizing the vision and then he will be able to cope with the demands of the society. Having those values, he is determined to offer his knowledge of the business segment and especially the hospitality with a fresh look, having as a guide the constant updating and searching for knowledge.

That’s why he is part of the AD ARCH STUDIO technical team with an architectural signature “An arch Signature” a signature to success!

George Papaioannou

George started his studies at the Democritus Polytechnic of Thrace (DUTH), studying at the Department of Production and Management Engineering, where he graduated in 2011 as a Mechanical Engineer. Growing up in a family of engineers, he loved this science and wanted to follow the same path in his life.

For the past 7 years, he accumulated experience having many projects and clients to deal with. His expertise is in technical plans that lead to an ergonomic handling of the ground plan in relation to the electromechanical installations and the energy efficiency regulation (KENAK) of a building. He is also an energy inspector. Moreover George, is an expert in the design of environmentally friendly buildings.

He is a very important member of the AD ARCH STUDIO’s team, which adds another important milestone to his carreer.

Anna Daouti

Anna began her career at the Democritus Polytechnic of Thrace (DUTH), wishing to fulfill her dream by studying in the Architecture department, where she graduated in 2017.

During the years of her studies, she was awarded a distinction in the department, in several projects. Many of her projects where selected to participate in various architectural exhibitions organized annually in Greece, one of them was the Pan-Hellenic Architectural Exhibition in Patras.

Influenced in her early age from the island of Thassos and her family’s occupation with the hospitality industry she realized the importance of fusing in harmony, modern architectural concepts, with the surrounding environment while maintaining the ergonomics at a high standard.

Moreover, she understood the value of a beautiful, ergonomic yet causal space that leads to the success of a hospitality project. Thus, she tries to create spaces that initially bring happiness but also invent a story and shape the future of a region. Having these values, ​​she is determined to offer a project full of aesthetics of an architect.

That’s why she created the AD ARCH STUDIO, a technical office with an architectural signature “An arch Signature”!
